Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and organized Secondary School Teacher Coordinator for classes 8th, 9th, and 10th. The candidate will oversee academic planning, faculty coordination, and student performance to ensure smooth functioning of secondary section coaching.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage lecture timetables for 8th, 9th & 10th
- Monitor syllabus completion and teaching quality
- Supervise tests, homework, and attendance records
- Coordinate with subject teachers for academic planning
- Conduct parent meetings regarding student progress
- Track student performance and suggest improvement strategies
- Ensure discipline and smooth classroom operations
Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate (B.Ed. preferred)
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching or coordination experience (school/coaching)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Good organizational and administrative abilities
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and academic reporting
Salary: As per experience and performance

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
