About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telemarketer (Interiors) to connect with potential customers, generate qualified leads, and schedule appointments for interior design and renovation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce interior design services.
- Generate and qualify leads for residential, commercial, and home interior projects.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, location, and project timelines.
- Explain interior design services, offerings, and project processes clearly.
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp to maintain engagement.
- Schedule site visits and appointments with the sales/design team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and appointments.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and design teams for smooth lead handover.
- Build a positive relationship with prospective clients and provide professional communication.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telemarketing, inside sales, or lead generation.
- Experience in interiors, architecture, real estate, construction, or home improvement will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Good Hindi and English communication; Marathi is an advantage.
- Confident, energetic, and target-oriented personality.
- Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, CRM, Excel, or lead-management tools.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
