Job Description Primary and Secondary sales achievement volume & Value FF PJP compliance – Minimum 15 days in market in a month to identify gaps on our brand availability, competition availability, service issues etc Balance days in month to be Administrative work such as correction basis market visits. Distributor Management and ensure stock availability. Help to increase FF Productivity. Brand sales achievement Maximise Team achievement in the given territory.
Roles & Responsibilities Ownership of the total business the territories assigned to him. Market visits for minimum 15 days in a month to identify gaps on our brand availability, competition availability, service issues etc and report same to ASM. Weekly reporting to be prepared and shared with ASM/RSM Census mapping & identification of GAP towns & bring coverage Ensure billing of all the skus at all RD/SD points, share the data and follow up with team &Channel Ensure achievement of Focus Brands target & Mkt share objectives. Responsible to track & monitor progress of coverage expansion targets Ensuring direct coverage to all Wholesalers, OFO & key retailer of his area Adherence of self PJP as per Tour plan attached. Coaching 2 days in week to MIA/TMIA and help them to achieve sales. Aadhar / SFA data analysis and sharing with team members Sub distributor & Distributor appointments Training and Development of his team members
