We are seeking a qualified and experienced Site Engineer to oversee and manage residential construction projects on-site. The ideal candidate will ensure that work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the site.
- Ensure work is carried out in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and applicable codes.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, labor, and other site staff to ensure smooth workflow.
- Prepare and maintain site reports, checklists, and documentation for daily progress.
- Inspect and ensure quality control for materials and workmanship.
- Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties or issues that arise on-site.
- Liaise with consultants, architects, and other professionals involved in the project.
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols on-site as per regulatory standards.
- Maintain inventory of materials and request orders to avoid delays.
- Conduct site surveys and measurements as needed.
