#Oracle Cloud Fusion Technical Developer
#Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Fusion Technical Developer to join our team and drive the modernization of enterprise applications within the Oracle ecosystem. This role focuses on building scalable and user-centric applications using Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS), integrating with Oracle SaaS platforms, and leading migration initiatives from Oracle Classic UI to Oracle Redwood UX standards.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud technologies, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, SQL/PLSQL development, and modern UI development practices. Experience with Oracle APEX and VBCS is highly desirable.
#Key Responsibilities
* Lead migration efforts from Oracle Classic UI to Oracle Redwood UX standards.
* Redesign legacy customizations and extensions into Redwood-aligned user experiences using Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS), including Express and Advanced Mode (Page Composer).
* Assess existing Fusion UI customizations and recommend migration, modernization, or retirement strategies.
* Ensure adherence to Oracle Redwood design principles, patterns, layouts, and interaction models.
* Collaborate with functional teams, product owners, and business stakeholders to modernize user journeys and improve application usability.
* Drive consistency in Redwood UX standards across Oracle applications and modules.
* Partner with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) developers to implement end-to-end business processes across SaaS and PaaS platforms.
* Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL queries to support VBS applications and integrations.
* Develop and maintain PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers.
* Collaborate with Integration and Reporting teams to support end-to-end data flows.
* Develop BI Publisher (BIP) reports and leverage Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) data sources.
* Consume BIP and OTBI data within OIC and VBCS solutions.
* Troubleshoot application, performance, data, and integration issues across Oracle Fusion and OIC environments.
* Participate in solution architecture reviews and enforce coding, deployment, and development standards.
* Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Minimum of 4 years of enterprise application development experience.
* At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS).
* Strong experience integrating with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (ERP, SCM, HCM, etc.).
* Solid understanding of Oracle REST APIs, BI Publisher, and OTBI data sources.
* Proficiency in JavaScript, REST, JSON, and modern UI development concepts.
* Strong experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
* Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with Oracle APEX and Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS).
* Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud, including Process Automation, Connections, Integration Design, and implementation.
* Experience with RESTful and SOAP web services, API management, business events, and Application Composer.
* Strong understanding of data transformation and integration best practices.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving technologies and business needs.
* Oracle Cloud and Oracle Fusion certifications.
* Prior experience supporting large enterprise SaaS environments.
