Role Description
This is a full-time Social Media Manager & Content Writer role based in Madgaon, Goa, India.
The candidate will engage in efficient coordination (internal team & client facing) and create assets for digital and print campaigns, including social media captions, press releases, and identifying effective content for videos that support political communication strategies.
The Candidate will collaborate with content team, client and founders to brainstorm concepts, refine design directions, and deliver timely outputs aligned with campaign goals.
The position also includes preparing production-ready files, incorporating feedback from stakeholders, and staying current with design trends and best practices relevant to political communication.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Social Media Management and Konkani Writing, with the ability to create clear, impactful text and coordination systems.
- Experience in content writing and managing teams.
- Proficiency in Konkani is a must.
- Ability to work on-site in Madgaon, manage multiple deliverables simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, including openness to feedback and iterative design processes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
