Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to conduct land and site surveys for construction and real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for measuring land boundaries, preparing survey reports, verifying site levels, and supporting project execution with accurate survey data.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct land and topographic surveys for project sites.
- Measure land boundaries, elevations, and contours using survey instruments.
- Operate Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, and other survey equipment.
- Prepare survey drawings, maps, and reports.
- Mark site layouts, center lines, and reference points as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with engineering, construction, and project teams.
- Verify dimensions and levels before construction activities.
- Maintain survey records and documentation.
- Ensure survey accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
- Identify and report site discrepancies or boundary issues.
- Assist in quantity calculations and site measurements when required.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of land surveying principles and techniques.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and survey software.
- Ability to operate Total Station, DGPS, GPS, and Auto Level instruments.
- Good mathematical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and on-site.
Qualification
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Surveying.
- Certification in surveying is an added advantage.
Experience
- 2 to 5 years of experience in land surveying, construction, or real estate projects.
