Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional from a strong insurance background (Health & Term Insurance) who has handled end-to-end insurance processes. The ideal candidate should also be open to working in a partnership role, contributing to business growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end insurance operations, including:
- Client consultation and requirement analysis
- Policy selection and documentation
- Application processing and follow-ups
- Claims assistance and servicing
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of:
- Health Insurance products
- Term Insurance policies
- Market trends and competitor offerings
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients
- Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities
- Visit clients at their location for meetings and closures
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance
- Provide after-sales support and client servicing
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Health & Term Insurance
- Strong understanding of insurance products and processes
- Good communication and client-handling skills
- Willingness to travel and meet clients in the market
- Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in partnership role
- Ability to work independently and grow business
Preferred Qualities:
- Existing client network will be an advantage
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
