Key Responsibilities
- Inventory management: Monitor stock levels, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely replenishment.
- Material handling: Supervise loading/unloading, storage, and dispatch of laminate products.
- Team supervision: Lead warehouse staff, assign tasks, and ensure productivity.
- Process optimization: Implement efficient workflows to reduce delays and minimize wastage.
- Safety compliance: Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free environment.
- Documentation: Prepare GRNs, dispatch notes, and maintain system entries.
- Coordination: Work closely with production and logistics teams to meet delivery schedules.

- Graduate/Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in laminates/building materials.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
