Job Title/Designation: Senior Marketing Executive
Key Responsibilities
School & Institutional Relations
- Conduct regular visits to schools, institutions, and educational organizations within the assigned territory.
- Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with school, management teams, career guidance counselors, and key stakeholders.
- Act as the primary liaison between THiNC centers and schools to facilitate collaborative activities and student engagement programs.
- Identify opportunities for seminars, workshops, career guidance sessions, and institutional tie-ups.
Business Development & Lead Generation
- Generate quality leads through field marketing activities, institutional visits, events, and referral networks.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase student inquiries, walk-ins, and admissions.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective students and institutional contacts.
Marketing & Brand Representation
- Represent THiNC at educational expos, career fairs, admission drives, seminars, and other promotional events.
- Coordinate and participate in educational events to enhance brand awareness and market reach.
- Promote THiNC programs and services effectively to students, parents, and educational institutions.
- Gather market intelligence on competitor activities, industry trends, and student preferences.
Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual admission and revenue targets assigned by the management.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions to ensure target accomplishment.
- Prepare periodic reports on marketing activities, lead generation, conversions, and institutional engagement.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Conduct meetings with school management teams, educational leaders, and key decision-makers to foster long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with branch teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
- Support the management in developing regional marketing strategies and expansion initiatives.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of school visits, meetings, leads generated, partnerships established, and event participation.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports to the reporting manager.
- Ensure proper documentation and follow-up of all institutional collaborations and marketing activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or any related field.
- Master's Degree will be an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, business development, admissions, educational marketing, or institutional relationship management.
- Experience in the education sector will be preferred.
