ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a creative and trend-aware Concept Creator for our perfume/fragrance brand. The candidate will be responsible for developing fresh product concepts, fragrance story ideas, campaign themes, moodboards, naming directions, packaging ideas, and social media content concepts that make every perfume feel unique, premium, and emotionally appealing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Develop unique perfume concepts based on emotions, moods, occasions, lifestyle, seasons, and target audience.
· Create fragrance storylines, product themes, launch ideas, and campaign concepts for perfume collections.
· Suggest creative perfume names, taglines, product descriptions, and storytelling angles.
· Prepare moodboards with color palettes, visual references, packaging direction, photography style, and brand feel.
· Work closely with design, content, marketing, and product teams to convert ideas into final brand assets.
· Research perfume trends, luxury fragrance brands, Gen Z buying behavior, social media trends, and competitor campaigns.
· Create ideas for Instagram reels, product shoots, influencer concepts, ad creatives, and festive or seasonal campaigns.
· Support packaging concept development including bottle presentation, box theme, label idea, and unboxing experience.
· Write clear creative briefs for designers, photographers, video editors, and content writers.
· Maintain consistency in brand tone, visual direction, and premium perfume positioning across all concepts.
REQUIRED SKILLS
· Strong creative thinking with good understanding of perfume, beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or luxury branding.
· Ability to create premium concepts from simple product ideas.
· Good sense of colors, aesthetics, storytelling, emotions, and visual mood.
· Basic understanding of fragrance notes such as floral, woody, citrus, oud, musk, aquatic, spicy, and fresh.
· Good writing skills for names, short product copy, captions, and campaign lines.
· Knowledge of Canva, Pinterest, Instagram trends, AI tools, or moodboard creation platforms.
· Ability to research competitors and bring fresh, practical, market-ready ideas.
· Good communication skills and ability to explain creative ideas clearly.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Graduate in Marketing, Mass Media, Communication, Fashion, Design, or any creative field.
· Portfolio of creative concepts, moodboards, social media campaigns, branding ideas, or product storytelling work.
· Experience with perfume, cosmetics, beauty, fashion, lifestyle, luxury, or D2C brands will be an advantage.
· Freshers with strong creative thinking and good presentation skills can also apply.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
