Role Overview:
We are looking to hire an experienced Operations Executive to lead and streamline the execution of BTL campaigns. This role requires strong execution capability, vendor management and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end execution of BTL campaigns and on-ground activations
- Ensure timely delivery within defined budgets and quality standards
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and clients for smooth operations
- Handle manpower planning, logistics and vendor execution
- Track budgets, control costs and maintain profitability
- Maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction
- Improve processes to enhance operational efficiency
