Job Title: Production Executive (Animation Studio)

About the Role
We are looking for a smart, proactive and highly organized Production Executive to support the CEO in managing the day-to-day operations of our animation studio. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Knowledge of the Animation, VFX, Gaming or Media & Entertainment industry will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly MIS reports.
- Create reports, presentations and management summaries using MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Coordinate with the Production Team (2D, 3D and AI), Creative team, HR, Finance, IT, Operations and other departments.
- Maintain the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings and coordinate appointments.
- Follow up with internal teams, clients and vendors on behalf of the CEO.
- Prepare meeting agendas, record MOM and track action points.
- Assist in production planning, scheduling and project tracking.
- Maintain project documentation and production records.
- Travel with the CEO to Mumbai for client meetings and business discussions whenever required.
- Support management with business reports and strategic presentations.
- Maintain confidentiality of business information and communications.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal, coordination and organizational skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Expertise in MIS preparation, reporting and data analysis.
- Ability to multitask, work under deadlines and travel to Mumbai as required.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- PG in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Media or a related discipline will be preferred.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in Executive Assistance to the CEO, Production Coordination, MIS Reporting, Project Coordination or Operations.
- Experience in the Animation, VFX, Gaming or Media & Entertainment industry will be preferred.

- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Self-driven and proactive.
- Excellent presentation and documentation skills.
- Comfortable working directly with senior management and the CEO.
Compensation
Salary: Rs 30,000 – Rs 40,000 per month (depending on experience and skills).
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
