Location: Dehradun (On-ground across cafes, kitchens, and roastery)
Duration: 18-month Leadership Residency
The Opportunity
Tavaasa and Red Coal are hospitality brands built on a simple obsession: quality and consistency.
Our work spans customer-facing cafes and restaurants, production kitchens, and a specialty
coffee roastery.
We are growing quickly, and as we scale, we need someone in the Founder’s Office to ensure
that good ideas actually turn into working systems on the ground.
This is not a corporate role. It is a hands-on execution residency for someone who wants to
understand how a real business operates day to day, and who enjoys building order in fast-
moving environments.
The Role
This is an 18-month role working closely with the founders. You will operate in the space
between planning and execution, helping translate intent into action across marketing,
operations, and internal systems.
The role is designed for someone early in their career who wants deep exposure, responsibility,
and learning, and is willing to trade short-term comfort for long-term growth.
Over the 18 months, responsibility will increase steadily. Strong performers will be considered
for expanded leadership roles with a meaningful increase in responsibility and compensation.
How the Role Evolves
Phase 1 (Months 1–6): Learn and Stabilise
Understand current operations across cafes, kitchens, and the roastery
Document what works and identify gaps
Fix small but recurring breakdowns
Phase 2 (Months 7–12): Own Projects
Lead specific initiatives such as marketing launches, new outlet setups, or internal systems
Coordinate across teams to deliver outcomes
Track progress and ensure closure
Phase 3 (Months 13–18): Drive Independently
Own initiatives end-to-end with minimal supervision
Build systems that continue to run without founder involvement
Prepare for transition into a longer-term leadership role
