Job Summary
We are looking for a hands-on Data Center Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in servers, storage, virtualization, and data center implementation, along with experience in installation, migration, troubleshooting, and basic solution sizing.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and commission enterprise servers, storage, and virtualization platforms.
- Perform Rack & Stack, structured cabling, and hardware deployment.
- Deploy and configure Dell, HPE, Lenovo, or equivalent enterprise servers.
- Implement and support SAN/NAS storage solutions.
- Install, configure, and manage VMware ESXi, vCenter, and virtual machines.
- Execute server, storage, and virtualization migrations with minimal downtime.
- Configure RAID, firmware upgrades, BIOS updates, and server health monitoring.
- Perform storage provisioning, LUN mapping, and capacity expansion.
- Troubleshoot server, storage, virtualization, and infrastructure-related issues.
- Assist in solution sizing, infrastructure planning, BOM preparation, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with OEMs, project teams, and customer IT teams during project execution.
- Prepare implementation reports, documentation, and customer handover.
