Summary:
As a Software Configuration Engineer, you will implement the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead. Your typical day will involve assisting in the design of software configuration and customization to align with business process design and application requirements, ensuring that all configurations meet the specified standards and contribute to the overall efficiency of the project.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Document configuration processes and maintain accurate records of changes made to the software.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations.
- Strong understanding of integration methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with configuration management tools and version control systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues effectively.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
