Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role as a Business Development Manager at 24 Frames Digital in Mumbai. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. You will participate in sales activities including client meetings, presentations, and negotiations. You will also collaborate with the internal team to develop customized solutions and ensure customer satisfaction. Also you will be responsible for building, managing, monitoring, and performance of the business development team.
Job Role:
1. Client Identification & Prospecting
- Research and identify potential corporate clients across industries who can benefit from our live streaming, hybrid event, video production, and digital marketing services.
- Build and maintain a strong database of potential leads and decision-makers.
- Use online platforms, LinkedIn, industry events, and referrals to find and connect with the right contacts.
2. Outreach & Meeting Generation
- Initiate contact with prospects via cold calling, emails, and networking.
- Schedule and conduct presentations with marketing, communication, and event heads of target organizations.
- Understand client needs, budgets, and timelines to qualify leads effectively.
3. Requirement Generation & Solution Pitching
- Collaborate with internal events and technical teams to develop customized proposals.
- Present tailored solutions that address client challenges.
- Gather requirements clearly and translate them into actionable briefs for internal execution teams.
4. Negotiation & Deal Closure
- Take ownership of the complete sales cycle from requirement generation to deal closure.
- Ensure profitability while maintaining client satisfaction and trust.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
5. Relationship Management & Account Growth
- Maintain strong post-sales relationships to ensure client retention and repeat business.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- minimum of 6 months of experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, or Client Acquisition roles, preferably in a B2B environment. (Freshers may apply for the Executive position)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Self-motivated and target-driven
