Hiring: Solution Consultant – Omnichannel & Digital Commerce

About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Solution Consultant to lead the implementation and onboarding of our Omnichannel Commerce Platform and Growwizo solution.
The role involves understanding business processes, configuring solutions, training clients, coordinating with the product team, and ensuring successful customer go-live.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client implementation and onboarding
- Understand warehouse, inventory & order management processes
- Configure product modules as per client requirements
- Conduct UAT, training and Go-Live
- Coordinate with Product & Development teams
- Resolve functional queries during implementation
- Prepare SOPs, training material and implementation documentation
- Ensure customer success after deployment
- Collect product feedback and improvement suggestions
