Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls in Kannada.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently.
- Provide accurate information and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain call records and update customer information in the system.
- Meet quality and productivity targets.
Eligibility
- 0–4 years of experience (Freshers are welcome).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Kannada.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts with rotational weekly offs.
