Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to support our B2B sales team by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients for WatchYourHealth’s digital health solutions.
This role involves lead generation, initial outreach, and meeting coordination with prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and databases
- Explain WYH health solutions to potential clients
- Capture and maintain accurate lead data in CRM
- Schedule and coordinate meetings for the sales team
- Follow up with prospects to drive conversions
- Maintain daily reports on leads and follow‑ups

Requirements
- Graduate (preferred)
- 0–3 years experience in lead generation / inside sales
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable with calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach
- Basic Excel / CRM knowledge
- Proactive and target‑driven
