- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business needs.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Warehouse ETL Testing.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex data integration issues.
- Experience with validating data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across ETL processes.
- Ability to design and execute comprehensive test cases and scenarios for data warehouse environments.
- Familiarity with data quality tools and techniques to ensure integrity of data pipelines.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and document findings clearly.
