Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Machine Operator to operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery efficiently. The ideal candidate should have technical knowledge of mechanical or electrical systems and be committed to maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production machines as per standard operating procedures.
- Set up, adjust, and monitor machines for efficient production.
- Perform routine inspections and basic preventive maintenance.
- Identify and troubleshoot minor mechanical or electrical issues.
- Report major machine breakdowns to the maintenance team.
- Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
- Maintain production records and machine operation logs.
- Follow all safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Keep the work area clean and organized (5S practices).
- Coordinate with supervisors and maintenance personnel to minimize downtime.
Qualification
- ITI or Diploma in any of the following:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Diesel Mechanic
Experience
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in machine operation or manufacturing industries will be preferred.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of industrial machinery and equipment.
- Understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions.
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
