Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong documentation skills and hands-on experience in Power BI. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with stakeholders, translating business needs into clear functional documentation, and supporting data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Prepare and maintain BRD (Business Requirement Documents) and FRS (Functional Requirement Specifications)
- Create wireframes and process flows to support business requirements
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
- Develop and interpret reports and dashboards using Power BI
- Ensure requirements are clearly communicated and understood across teams
- Support project lifecycle from requirement gathering to implementation
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong experience in documentation management
- Hands-on knowledge of Power BI
- Proven experience with BRD, FRS, and wireframing
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to join within 15 days
Nice to Have
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- Knowledge of SQL or data analysis tools
