About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Gym Sales Executive to join our growing fitness team. You will be the first point of contact for walk-in members, drive membership conversions, and help people begin their fitness journey with us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle walk-in inquiries and convert leads into gym memberships
- Explain membership plans, ongoing offers, and fitness programs to prospects
- Conduct engaging gym tours to showcase facilities
- Follow up with prospective customers via calls and WhatsApp
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
- Manage customer relationships and support retention activities
- Coordinate with trainers and operations for smooth member onboarding
- Maintain daily sales reports and CRM entries
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Sales-oriented, target-driven approach
- Basic knowledge of the fitness industry preferred
- Ability to professionally handle customer queries
- Knowledge of MS Excel or CRM is a plus
Qualification: Graduate preferred. Prior gym/fitness sales experience is an advantage.
