BIM Plus Plus Project Consultants is looking for a skilled BIM Engineer – Civil (Architecture & Structure) with a strong background in architectural and structural BIM modeling to join our growing team. What We're Looking For:
✔ Strong experience in Architectural & Structural BIM Modeling using Autodesk Revit
✔ Hands-on experience in LOD 400 (Shop Drawings) and LOD 500 (As-Built Models)
✔ Proven experience in preparing and coordinating shop drawings
✔ Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)/BIM 360
✔ Good understanding of BIM standards, BEP, and project execution workflows
✔ Experience in interdisciplinary coordination (Architectural, Structural, and MEP)
✔ Ability to perform model quality checks (QA/QC) and resolve clashes
✔ Strong knowledge of Revit families, parameters, templates, and worksharing
✔ Ability to read, interpret, and review IFC drawings/models for shop drawing preparation and coordination
✔ Good understanding of construction methodologies and site requirements
✔ Experience in quantity take-off and schedule creation
✔ Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
✔ Ability to manage assigned tasks independently with minimal supervision
✔ Ability to manage deadlines and work independently or as part of a BIM team
✔ Good understanding of project documentation and revision management.
✔ Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
✔ Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
✔ Willingness to learn new BIM workflows, standards, and technologies.
✔ Basic knowledge of Dynamo or other BIM automation tools is an added advantage.
Qualifications
✔ BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
✔ Minimum 2 years of BIM/Revit experience in Architectural & Structural projects
✔ Experience with GCC/UAE projects will be an added advantage
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
