Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Multimedia Faculty member to train and mentor students in creative design and digital media technologies. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to helping students build industry-ready skills.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging classroom and practical training sessions.
Teach subjects such as:
Graphic Design (Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW)
Video Editing (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve)
Motion Graphics (After Effects)
UI/UX Design (Figma)
2D/3D Animation
Web Design Basics (HTML, CSS, WordPress)
Create lesson plans, assignments, and project-based learning activities.
Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Guide students in portfolio development and career preparation.
Stay updated with the latest multimedia and AI-powered design trends.
Participate in workshops, seminars, and student engagement activities.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience in Graphic Design, Video Editing, Motion Graphics, UI/UX, or Animation.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Ability to handle classroom and practical sessions independently.
Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Multimedia, Visual Communication, Animation, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
1–5+ years of industry or teaching experience preferred.
Freshers with exceptional portfolios and communication skills may also apply.
