Teacher (English / Economics / Accounts / Maths / Science)
Reports To: Academic Coordinator / Centre Head
Experience: 2–6 years of teaching experience in the relevant subject, preferably with exposure to coaching or tutorial institutes.
Role Summary:
Subject Teachers are responsible for high-quality classroom and online instruction, academic mentoring, and holistic development of students in their respective subjects, aligned with Asymtotes Global’s curricula and teaching philosophy.
Key Responsibilities:
· Plan and deliver engaging, structured lessons in the assigned subject, aligned with curriculum and learning objectives.
· Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and assessments, utilising both traditional and digital tools (including LMS where implemented).
· Conduct classroom and/or online sessions as per timetable, ensuring punctuality, preparedness, and effective classroom management.
· Assess student learning through class tests, assignments, projects, and examinations; provide timely, constructive feedback.
· Track individual student performance, identify learning gaps, and provide remedial support or enrichment as needed.
· Maintain accurate records of attendance, marks, and qualitative observations in the system.
· Communicate regularly with parents/guardians (through PTMs, calls, or LMS/CRM messaging) on student progress and areas of improvement.
· Collaborate with other teachers and academic coordinators to integrate best teaching practices and standardise content where appropriate.
· Participate in question paper setting, exam invigilation, evaluation, and result compilation.
· Support academic counselling and mentoring, guiding students on exam preparation, study techniques, and discipline.
· Attend staff meetings, training programmes, and professional development workshops as scheduled.
· Contribute to co-curricular or value-add initiatives (webinars, doubt-clearing sessions, study groups, etc.) as assigned.
· Uphold institutional policies, ethical standards, and student safety norms at all times.

Pay: From ₹800,000.00 per year
