Engineering & Technical Planning
- Interpret and apply international standards and guidelines such as DNV-ST-N001, ISO Standards, and industry best practices related to transportation and heavy lift operations.
- Prepare and review: Loading Plan Drawings, Route Survey Drawings, Stowage and Sea Fastening Drawings, Transportation and Load-out/Load-in Drawings, Installation Drawings
- Develop engineering calculations and technical assessments for transportation and lifting operations.
- Conduct feasibility studies and technical evaluations for project logistics assignments.
- Prepare and review Method Statements, Risk Assessments, and operational procedures.
Project Execution & Operations
- Lead site operations for transportation, heavy lifting, load-out, load-in, and installation activities.
- Ensure execution is carried out as per approved engineering documents, method statements, and safety requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, operations teams, and subcontractors during project execution.
- Monitor project progress and provide status updates to management.
- Ensure all project documentation is available and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
Techno-Commercial & Tendering
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and tender submissions.
- Review project requirements and develop optimized logistics solutions.
- Support business development and sales teams in selecting suitable equipment and assets for project execution.
- Standardize costing methodologies and engineering documentation.
- Prepare project budgets, cost estimates, and profitability assessments.
- Participate in pre-bid meetings and client presentations.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Attend project meetings and present engineering solutions and operational methodologies to clients.
- Handle client queries and provide technical support throughout project lifecycles.
- Maintain effective communication between engineering, operations, commercial, and client teams.
Process Improvement & Training
- Develop and implement engineering tools, calculation methods, and operational procedures.
- Conduct internal training programs for project and operations teams.
- Promote continuous improvement and standardization of engineering and commercial processes.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
