Job Summary
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team by managing customer enquiries, processing orders, coordinating dispatches, following up on payments, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, sales, stores, logistics, and accounts. The role requires excellent coordination, attention to detail, and customer service skills.
