Role Overview:
As a Senior Sales Executive – Hotel & Resort Sales, you will be responsible for generating revenue through individual and group bookings, building strong client relationships, and supporting the execution of sales strategies. You will play a key role in expanding our client base across corporate, travel, and event segments.
Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for room bookings, group stays, events, and corporate tie-ups.
- Actively reach out to corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and wedding planners to drive bookings.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive sales efforts.
- Assist in implementing sales strategies aligned with revenue goals.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and offer customized stay packages and event solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and property walkthroughs (virtual/physical).
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
Coordination & Execution:
- Coordinate with reservations, operations, and events teams to ensure seamless booking execution.
- Assist in planning and managing group bookings, corporate events, and leisure travel stays.
- Follow up on inquiries, proposals, and closures in a timely manner.
Sales Reporting & CRM Management:
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and conversions in CRM systems.
- Track sales pipeline, prepare daily/weekly reports, and update management on progress.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities.
Marketing Support:
- Support marketing initiatives by providing client insights and feedback.
- Participate in sales campaigns, exhibitions, and networking events.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in hotel/resort sales or hospitality sales.
- Experience in handling corporate sales, travel agents, or group bookings is preferred.
- Strong understanding of hospitality sales processes and client handling.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
