Requirements:
* Degree in Rubber Technology with 10+ years of experience in production,
mixing & formulation.
* Experienced professionals from non-tyre industrial rubber sectors such as
rollers, conveyor belts, coated fabrics, cots & aprons, etc., with strong
plant level experience may only apply.
* Expertise in rubber mixing, compounding, rubber chemicals, and testing
methods.
* Hands-on experience with banbury, Intermix, and Two-Roll mixing mills.
* Ability in process optimization, quality assurance, and new product
development.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
