Job Summary
The Marketing Executive/Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing marketing strategies to promote the company's products, services, and brand. The role involves market research, digital and traditional marketing, campaign management, brand development, lead generation, customer engagement, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and online advertising.
- Manage brand awareness and maintain a consistent brand image.
- Create and oversee marketing content, promotional materials, and advertising campaigns.
- Coordinate marketing activities, events, exhibitions, and promotional programs.
- Collaborate with sales and other departments to support business development objectives.
- Generate leads and develop customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare reports for management.
- Manage relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Assist in budget planning and ensure effective utilization of marketing resources.
- Lead, supervise, and support marketing team members when required.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and emerging marketing technologies.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing is preferred.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in marketing, branding, digital marketing, or related fields.
- Experience in campaign management, market research, and business promotion.
- Work experience in the real estate industry.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
