1. Customer Support Executive
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and remote assistance.
- Resolve customer queries related to software applications.
- Log and track customer issues until resolution.
- Coordinate with the technical team for issue escalation.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Any Graduate or Diploma.
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
