Nizod is a business consultancy helping clients solve complex strategic, operational, and organizational challenges. We're looking for an organized, people-focused HR Coordinator to support our growing team of consultants and staff in a fast-paced, client-driven environment. This entry-level generalist role offers broad, hands-on exposure across HR functions ideal for someone early in their career.
Responsibilities include supporting recruitment for consulting and support roles (posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, coordinating offers), facilitating onboarding for new consultants, and maintaining accurate employee records in the HRIS. You'll assist with benefits enrollment, verify timesheets for payroll (including billable/non-billable tracking), and serve as a first point of contact for employee questions on policies and procedures. You'll also help plan engagement and culture-building activities, support performance review and staffing cycles, and assist with compliance tasks like audits, EEO reporting, and handbook updates.
Requirements: an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience), plus 0–2 years in HR or admin work. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion with confidential information, and excellent communication skills are a must. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace is required; familiarity with HRIS platforms and pursuit of an HR certification are pluses.
