Position:Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Noida

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Experience Required: 1+ Years

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our client's hiring demands. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, sourcing top-tier talent, conducting preliminary candidate assessments, and maintaining a smooth, efficient hiring process for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Pipeline Generation: Utilize job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social networks, and database searches to identify and attract qualified active and passive candidates.
Screening & Assessment: Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidates' technical skills, relevant experience, communication capabilities, and compensation expectations.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interview rounds between candidates and internal/ client hiring managers, ensuring seamless communication and timely feedback loops.
Candidate Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle to deliver a positive hiring experience.
Offer & Onboarding Support: Assist in drafting offer details, managing candidate expectations within target budget limits, and facilitating smooth pre-onboarding operations.
ATS & Database Maintenance: Ensure recruitment metrics, candidate profiles, and application statuses are accurately logged and updated in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 1+ years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition, recruitment consultancy, or corporate HR sourcing.
Sourcing Proficiency: Hands-on experience with job boards (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter) and practical understanding of Boolean search techniques.
Communication Skills: Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills to effectively interface with candidates and stakeholders.
Organization & Multi-Tasking: Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple open requisitions concurrently.
Technical Aptitude: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
