Position – Restaurant Captain
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
Salary 10000-30000
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests in a professional manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure all orders are punched correctly into the POS system.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for timely order delivery.
- Handle billing and payment processes accurately.
- Maintain excellent customer service and resolve guest queries.
- Ensure cleanliness and smooth operations in the dining area.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Restaurant Captain or in a similar role.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of POS billing systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
