Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Area Retail Supervisor (ARS) to manage retail operations across assigned outlets, support field teams, and ensure effective execution of company initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a background in Training, Retail Operations, Sales Enablement, or Product Training, with strong product knowledge and the ability to coach and develop retail teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular product and sales training sessions for promoters and retail staff.
- Monitor and improve promoter performance through coaching and field support.
- Ensure proper execution of merchandising, branding, and visibility standards.
- Conduct market visits, retail audits, and competitor analysis.
- Track sales performance, stock availability, and retailer engagement.
- Support onboarding and development of new field employees.
- Maintain training records, market reports, and performance trackers.
- Build strong relationships with retailers and channel partners.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in Retail Operations, Sales Training, Product Training, or Field Sales.
- Strong product knowledge and presentation skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and reporting.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

- Salary: Up to ₹26,000 In-Hand per month
