Title: Telesales Executive
Location: Kakkanad, Kochi (Office-based)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Work Schedule: 6 days per week
Key Responsibilities
- Call customers who have already made enquiries (warm leads)
- Respond to new enquiries quickly and conduct daily follow-ups
- Understand customer requirements including product need, budget range, timeline, and location
- Share suitable product options via WhatsApp
- Book showroom visits or home demos and coordinate with the showroom team
- Support the sales team in closing deals
- Manage customer conversations through phone calls and WhatsApp
- Update and maintain lead status in CRM or Google Sheets
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ year experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, call centre, or retail sales
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English
- Comfortable working with targets and regular follow-ups
- Basic smartphone and computer knowledge (WhatsApp, Google Sheets, CRM tools)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
