The Maark Trendz is looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Manager to oversee the complete accounting and finance operations of the organisation. The candidate will be responsible for accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, financial reporting, banking, audits, cash-flow management and team supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, vouchers and financial records.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances.
- Prepare and review monthly and annual financial statements.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable and outstanding collections.
- Perform bank reconciliation and monitor daily cash flow.
- Handle banking activities, loans, CC/OD accounts and related documentation.
- Prepare MIS reports, cash-flow statements, budgets and financial analysis for management.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax consultants and financial institutions.
- Oversee inventory and stock accounting and conduct periodic reconciliation.
- Monitor expenses, purchases, sales and payment processes.
- Ensure proper financial controls and accounting procedures.
- Support month-end and year-end accounts finalisation.
- Handle statutory notices, assessments and compliance requirements in coordination with consultants.
- Supervise and guide the accounts team.
- Coordinate with management, purchase, sales, HR, stores and other departments for finance-related matters.
- Identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Provide management with accurate financial information to support business decisions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Strong practical knowledge of GST, TDS and Income Tax.
- Experience in finalisation of accounts and audit coordination.
- Good knowledge of Tally / ERP accounting software.
- Strong MS Excel skills.
- Experience in banking, cash-flow and working-capital management.
- Previous experience managing an accounts team.
- Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
- Experience in retail, manufacturing, furniture or interior business will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
