Key Responsibilities
– Own end-to-end supply chain: procurement planning, production scheduling, inventory management, and dispatch
– Coordinate with contract manufacturers and production partners to ensure timely and quality output
– Manage raw material and packaging procurement in alignment with production plans and launch calendars
– Track and optimise inventory levels — raw material, WIP, and finished goods — to minimise stockouts and overstock
– Oversee inbound logistics from vendors and outbound fulfilment to warehouse/3PL/direct customers
– Build and maintain SOPs for all supply chain processes — receiving, QC, storage, dispatch
– Identify and resolve supply chain disruptions proactively — not reactively
– Work closely with the NPD and R&D teams during new product launches to manage materials and trial production
– Manage and develop a small operations team; set clear targets and hold them accountable
– Provide regular supply chain MIS to leadership: fill rates, lead times, inventory turns, supplier performance
