Role & responsibilities:
- Provide crop-specific technical guidance to farmers
- Diagnose pest/disease issues and suggest suitable solutions
- Recommend appropriate fertilizers, pesticides, and other agri inputs
- Handle farmer queries via calls or field visits
- Explain product usage, dosage, and benefits clearly
- Maintain farmer records, call logs, and follow-up details
- Support sales growth through accurate technical advisory
- Ensure high farmer satisfaction and timely problem resolution
Preferred candidate profile
- B.Sc. Agriculture or related qualification
- Strong knowledge of crop production, pest management, and fertilizers
- Excellent communication skills (Marathi language compulsory)
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Basic computer skills (CRM, Excel, calling tools)
