Key Responsibilities: –
- Drive sales growth and brand visibility across Kolkata
- Manage distributor network and retail coverage
- Execute marketing campaigns, product promotions, and market surveys
- Lead and motivate field sales teams
Skills Required: –
- Strong background in FMCG marketing, distributor handling, retail activation, and field team management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of FMCG/snacks market dynamics
- Ability to plan, execute, and monitor marketing activities
Industry Preference:-
- Candidates currently working with or previously associated with Snack Factory, Dharampal Satyapal, or Prem Chand brands (makhana/snacks category preferred)
Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
