Job Summary
The Sales Manager is responsible for handling overall showroom sales operations, achieving monthly sales targets, managing the sales team, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction at the dealership.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and yearly vehicle sales targets
- Manage showroom walk-in customers and field sales activities
- Lead, train, and motivate sales executives
- Monitor enquiries, bookings, test rides, and vehicle deliveries
- Ensure proper follow-up and lead conversion
- Plan local marketing activities, roadshows, and promotional events
- Coordinate with finance and insurance teams for vehicle loan processing
- Maintain customer relationships and handle escalations
- Track competitor activities and market trends
- Prepare daily and monthly sales reports (MIS)
- Ensure adherence to Honda dealership SOPs and company policies
- Improve customer satisfaction and repeat business
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
