Role: We are looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing Executive to plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google platforms, while also managing client social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will take ownership of end-to-end campaign execution and organic social media management, ensuring consistent brand presence, measurable business growth, and strong client relationships.
Key Responsibility:
- Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max).
- Set up audience targeting on Meta (Core, Custom, Lookalike) and manage keywords, match types, and negative keywords on Google.
- Install and maintain Meta Pixel and Google Tag for conversion tracking, retargeting, and event-based optimization.
- Manage budgets and apply bidding strategies (Target CPA, Target ROAS, CBO/ABO) to maximize ROI and minimize wasted spend.
- Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, audiences, and placements to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Monitor and optimize key metrics — ROAS, CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC — and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Manage and grow client social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn ensuring consistent brand voice, visual identity, and posting schedule.
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars in coordination with the creative team covering posts, reels, stories, carousels, and LinkedIn articles.
- Write engaging captions, hashtags, and platform-specific copy tailored to each client's target audience.
- Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, trending content formats, and best practices across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients understanding their goals, expectations, and brand requirements.
- Share regular updates on campaign performance, social media growth, and upcoming content plans via calls, emails, or meetings.
- Present monthly reports covering both paid ads and organic social media performance with clear insights and recommendations.
- Address client queries and feedback promptly, ensuring high client satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Coordinate with internal creative, content, and design teams to ensure timely delivery of client assets and campaign materials.
Requirements
- Experience: 1–3 Years in Digital / Performance Marketing
- Education: Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Proven hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
