Medark Healthcare is seeking an experienced **Hospital Manager** to oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational functioning of the hospital. The Hospital Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination between clinical and non-clinical departments, maintaining operational efficiency, managing staff, improving patient experience and implementing systems that support the hospital's growth. ### Key Responsibilities * Oversee day-to-day hospital operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments. * Coordinate with doctors, nursing, front office, billing, pharmacy, diagnostics, housekeeping, security and maintenance teams. * Manage hospital staff, including recruitment coordination, deployment, attendance, duty rosters, performance and discipline. * Monitor patient flow, OPD/IPD processes, admissions and discharge and work to reduce waiting and turnaround times. * Handle patient and attendant complaints and ensure timely resolution. * Implement and monitor hospital SOPs, policies, quality standards and safety processes. * Coordinate with accounts, billing and insurance/TPA teams to ensure accurate billing, timely claim processing and effective revenue collection. * Monitor daily collections, pending payments, insurance cases and other operational financial indicators. * Prepare and review daily, weekly and monthly MIS and operational reports. * Track key performance indicators and identify areas requiring corrective action. * Coordinate housekeeping, security, maintenance and overall hospital infrastructure requirements. * Support quality initiatives, audits, statutory compliance and NABH-related processes. * Conduct regular staff meetings and ensure effective communication across departments. * Identify operational gaps and implement practical solutions to improve efficiency, patient satisfaction and staff performance. * Work closely with hospital management on expansion, process improvement and strategic operational initiatives. ### Candidate Profile * 5–10 years of experience in hospital administration or hospital operations. * MHA / MBA in Healthcare or Hospital Administration preferred. * Experience in managing a multi-department hospital environment. * Strong people-management and leadership skills. * Good understanding of hospital billing, insurance/TPA and cashless processes. * Strong communication, problem-solving and decision-making abilities. * Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS and hospital information systems. * High level of integrity, accountability and ownership. * Ability to work independently and take responsibility for operational outcomes. ### Ideal Candidate We are looking for a **hands-on hospital operator** who takes ownership of problems, builds systems and delivers measurable results. The successful candidate should be capable of managing people, processes and patient experience while maintaining close coordination with hospital management. **Experience in a multi-specialty hospital, 50–150 bed hospital, NABH-oriented environment or hospital expansion/setup will be an advantage.**
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
