The Client Success & Project Coordinator is the central point of ownership for every client account. This role ensures projects move seamlessly from strategy to execution while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction, proactive communication, and operational efficiency. The role is responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, resolving bottlenecks, and ensuring every deliverable meets agreed deadlines and quality standards.
Unlike a traditional Account Manager, this position combines client servicing with project management, ensuring every project progresses smoothly from briefing through final delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Build long-term relationships through proactive communication.
- Conduct weekly and monthly review meetings.
- Maintain client satisfaction scores.
- Handle escalations professionally.
- Understand each client's business objectives beyond marketing deliverables.
Project Management
- Convert client requirements into internal action plans.
- Manage all projects through ClickUp.
- Allocate tasks across departments.
- Monitor deadlines and resource utilization.
- Conduct internal stand-up meetings.
- Ensure no project remains idle.
- Coordinate between Creative, Growth, Production and Operations teams.
Communication
- Weekly progress reports.
- WhatsApp updates every 2–3 days.
- Meeting agendas.
- Meeting Minutes (MoMs).
- Approval management.
- Requirement gathering.
- Feedback documentation.
Operational Responsibilities
- Proposal coordination.
- Contract follow-up.
- Billing coordination with Accounts.
- Shoot scheduling.
- Campaign launch coordination.
- Vendor coordination.
- Cross-team dependency management.
