Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced, dedicated, and compassionate Assistant Doctor (BAMS) with 2 to 5 years of clinical experience to join our clinic in Thane, Maharashtra. In this role, you will work closely with senior doctors, conduct patient consultations, manage treatment protocols, and ensure seamless patient care in accordance with established clinical SOPs.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Consultations & Clinical Examinations: Conduct patient consultations, clinical examinations, and assessments professionally.
- Diagnosis & Treatment Planning: Assist in diagnosis and prepare treatment plans as per approved clinical protocols.
- Patient Counseling: Counsel patients regarding treatment, medication, diet, lifestyle, and follow-up care.
- Documentation & Records: Maintain accurate patient records, prescriptions, clinical notes, and required documentation.
- Patient Care & Progress Monitoring: Monitor patient progress and coordinate follow-up consultations while maintaining patient confidentiality, safety, dignity, and professional medical ethics.
- Protocol & Hygiene Adherence: Follow Skinheal Solutions' clinical protocols, SOPs, hygiene, and patient-care standards.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate with senior doctors, counselors, nutritionists, pharmacy, and other clinic staff to ensure efficient workflow.
- Outreach & Special Programs: Participate in teleconsultations, medical camps, branch activities, and patient-awareness programs when required.
- General Clinical Duties: Perform other clinical and professional duties reasonably assigned by the Medical Director/Management.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS only).
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in clinical practice (prior experience in clinical dermatology, cosmetology, or hair care is highly desirable).
- Registration: Valid registration with the State or Central Medical Council.
- Skills:
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic acumen.
- Professional patient counseling and communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- High ethical standards and attention to detail in medical documentation.
