Spectrum Solar is looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our digital presence across multiple online platforms. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in social media marketing, content planning, campaign management, and digital lead generation. This role requires someone who can create engaging content, analyze performance, and contribute to the company's brand visibility and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms.
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with marketing objectives.
- Manage company profiles on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and other relevant platforms.
- Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with the design and video teams to produce high-quality marketing content.
- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly analytics reports.
- Manage and optimize Google Business Profile and other business listing platforms.
- Handle website content updates and coordinate with developers when required.
- Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments and messages professionally.
- Research industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support lead generation campaigns.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Business Profile.
- Experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Understanding of SEO, social media analytics, and content marketing.
- Experience using tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and scheduling platforms.
- Basic knowledge of video editing and graphic design is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in lead generation campaigns.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and website content management.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
