Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Marketing Manager to plan and execute marketing activities in Navi Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, generating leads, increasing brand awareness, and supporting overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
Plan and manage online and offline marketing activities.
Generate leads through digital, social media, and other marketing channels.
Manage social media platforms and promotional campaigns.
Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
Identify new business and marketing opportunities.
Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead conversion.
Plan promotional events, activities, and campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization.
Maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and business partners.
Develop creative ideas to improve brand visibility and customer engagement.
Requirements
Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–5 years of experience in marketing.
Good knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and lead generation.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good team-management and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and marketing tools.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
