About the Role
Plumeria Holidays is hiring an experienced Team Leader – Group Tours Sales to lead a high-performing telesales team selling domestic and international group tour packages.
We are looking for a passionate sales leader with a strong track record in managing outbound telesales teams, driving conversions, and consistently achieving aggressive sales targets.
Candidates with Team Leader experience in the Holidays, Travel, Timeshare, Insurance, or Matrimony industry are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Telesales Executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Drive sales of domestic and international group tour packages through outbound telesales.
- Monitor team productivity, call quality, conversions, and revenue generation.
- Conduct daily team huddles, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
- Train team members on objection handling, sales techniques, and closing strategies.
- Ensure timely follow-up of leads and maximize lead-to-sale conversion.
- Track individual and team KPIs and implement performance improvement plans.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Coordinate with Operations and Customer Support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Handle customer escalations and support the team in closing high-value sales.
- Build and maintain a positive, energetic, and target-driven sales culture.
Required Experience
- Minimum 3 years of hardcore outbound telesales experience.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Team Leader managing a telesales team.
- Experience in Holiday Packages, Travel, Timeshare, Insurance, or Matrimony sales is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to lead teams to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Experience handling high-volume outbound calling teams is an advantage.
